Discussions are an essential part of the business analyst’s everyday work. Business Analysts should communicate on a regular base with various stakeholders and technical team members.

Combining theoretical and practical approach, Aleksandar Popov and Iskra Botcheva will try to provide answers to the most common questions for the BAs when they have to tackle meetings and discussions: What is the best way to present the information? How to influence the decisions making process? How to discuss the requirements in the agile way of working?

Iskra Botcheva
Business Analyst, DataArt Bulgaria

Iskra has been working in the area of business analysis since 2005. In 2017 she joined DataArt Bulgaria team.

Iskra has considerable experience in the banking sector. She used to work for financial institutions such as DSK Bank, UniCredit Bulbank, etc. She has specialized in BA processes in the area of e-commerce and electronic payments.

Iskra has a bachelor degree in Information technologies and a master degree in E-commerce from the Sofia University.

She is keen on mountaineering, wind surfing and playing classical guitar.

Aleksandar Popov
Business Analyst, DataArt Bulgaria

Aleksandar started to work for DataArt Bulgaria two years ago as a Business Analyst. Prior to that he had experience in startups as well as established companies.

Aleksandar is interested in the management of new technologies, their implementation and the way they change companies and markets. After his bachelor degree in “Business Administration and Management” in the European Higher School of Economics and Management, he completed a master program in Innovations and Entrepreneurship in the Aalborg University, Denmark.

Aleksandar is fond of football. He used to be a football player in the adolescent department of one of the famous Bulgarian football teams. In his free time, he enjoys reading books on self-development.
