About the vacancy

The client provides services in the reverse mortgage market. We are expanding the team of Java developers who will be engaged in modernizing the system.

The project is in the process of migration from the IBM technology stack (Java + EGL procedural language) to AWS Cloud Provider with a focus on a serverless deployment. Among the main tasks is the support of the system and its migration to modern technologies.

We hire people not to a project, but to the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle.”

Must have

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer
  • Practical experience in Python
  • Experience in AWS (creating Lambdas, working with S3 and Athena)
  • Experience with AWS ML services
  • Good critical thinking and proven problem-solving abilities, proactive work approach
  • Practical experience with MS SQL and SSIS would be a plus
  • Good spoken English
