About the vacancy

The client is a telemedicine company. A patient care solution that is aimed at improving remote caregiving possibilities for patients helping them to communicate with different types and levels of doctors (providers) across the country. It brings together more than 50 000 providers, 40+ states, and more than 5 million patients. Data flows from 5+ different sources and in specific medical formats (but not only).

The specialist we are looking for will join the distributed team of 40+ people working from Ukraine, Russia, Poland, and the USA. Your team will consist of 4+ Data Software Engineers, 1 Data QA Software Engineer, an Architect, and a Dev-manager.

The specialist will develop and support the data analytics platforms used internally by different healthcare facilities, adopt new features of the Serverless Data Lake Framework and expand the existing ones based on cutting-edge technologies using GCP. Data lake consumers are different departments that use pulled data for making various types of predictions and decisions on improving caregiving, care statistics, sales, and much more. The specialist will also need to extend and support the ETL ingestion pipelines implemented with Informatica.

Technology Stack & Infrastructure: Python, Java, SQL, GCP (Cloud Storage, Cloud Spanner, BigQuery), Looker, Terraform, Gitlab, Prometheus


  • Development and support of the core data analytics platform (Python)
  • Development and support of the client-facing interfaces (Python)
  • Collaborate with multiple teams
  • Understand the overall enterprise Data Architecture and execute the delivery of a Next-Gen Data Warehouse
  • Work on the design of the new components of the solution

Must have

  • Knowledge of the general principles of Big Data
  • Experience with distributed systems
  • Knowledge of SQL, Streaming
  • Knowledge of Java or Python
  • Experience with GCP or other cloud providers
  • Experience with Big Data solutions
  • Good spoken English
