Ad Tech Engineer, Digital Communications Platform

The client is one of the biggest media publishers. The company uses various modern marketing and communication platforms for distributing unique content.
The content for the platform is provided by the biggest brands of the industry, accompanied by analytics from industry experts and distributed via various channels, which helps them reach their target audience. The platform unites a large and active audience, personalized premium content and call-to-action tools, as well as a large number of data and analytical materials.
The company distributes materials using various channels (web platforms, mobile gadgets, video hosting, social networks etc.). The platform's features combined with high-quality content management and demand from customers allows for the successful monetization of the product.
DataArt's specialists are responsible for the expansion of the platform's features, support, refactoring, and architectural and big data solutions. They use the following technologies: Scala, Play Framework, AWS Services.

Must have

  • Solid knowledge and skills in programming (Java, Python or similar)
  • Rich experience working with DoubleClick for Publishers or Salesforce DMP (Krux in the past)
  • Robust understanding of digital advertising, digital media landscape, and advertising data analysis
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical ad issues
  • Good spoken English

Would be a plus

  • Familiarity with ad network business models
  • Basic knowledge of Google analytics
  • Javascript experience
  • Understanding of Tag Management
