Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement PR strategies for the local office
  • Organize and conduct PR events for IT audiences (seminars, conferences, technical meetups, etc.)
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an on-going basis
  • Coordinate and develop internal communications activities including corporate parties, holidays, team buildings etc.
  • Plan budgets and reporting to the budget system
  • Draft and edit in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles, and annual reports
  • Manage and update information and engage with users on social media networks such as Facebook
  • Prepare and supervise the production of branded souvenirs and other promo materials
  • Analyze and monitor PR activity and the media spaces of IT companies

Must have

  • Experience working in a similar position
  • Experience working in the IT field
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice
  • Proven communicator/presenter
  • Network building skills
  • Team working skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
  • Full professional proficiency in Polish
  • English skills no lower than Intermediate

Would be a plus

  • Experience of working in a global PR context
