Quality Assurance Engineer with Cypress.io, Media Publishing Platform

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our Client Engineering team. Your primary goals will be to ensure, protect, and improve the quality of the platform’s apps and engineering systems and to help define and grow the standards of QA.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing workflows for the JavaScript-based app
- Help document, organize, track, and prioritize known issues
- Help develop quantitative standards for assessing and maintaining app quality
- Facilitate cross-functional communication as it relates to ensuring the quality of the product
Must have
- 2-4 years of professional experience as a software developer working with QA and automation tools
- Experience with Selenium web driver
- Experience with Java
- Knowledge of JavaScript (Typescript)
- Experience working with CI/CD tools
- A commitment to producing high-quality work and take pride in it
- You are capable of and can facilitate clear, productive, and empathetic communication
- Spoken English
Would be a plus
- Experience with UI testing and automation tools for mobile platforms and Cypress.IO
