About the vacancy

DataArt is a global software engineering firm. With over 20 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.

The candidate will maintain our administrative systems, participate in the organisation of corporate events, help our Recruitment Specialists maintain internal databases, and work with incoming calls.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall administrative support to the office
  • Help Recruitment Specialists maintain internal databases
  • Handle our benefits systems (private healthcare, Multisport Cards, etc.)
  • Help organize internal corporate and team building events
  • Support the Office Manager (clients, guests, deliveries, catering, insurance, gifts, taxis, etc.)
  • Help organize celebrations of our employees' birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Must have

  • Proven planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and motivated individual looking to excel in a challenging environment
  • Good written and spoken English and Polish

Would be a plus

  • Knowledge of the IT industry
  • Good spoken Russian
