About the vacancy

We are looking for a new member for our Design Studio, who will share our passion for perfect pixels, effective collaboration, and clear processes.

We are working on many complex and interesting projects, mainly B2C/B2B/SaaS. We create the user experience for web and mobile applications, serving clients in various industries: finance, healthcare, travel, etc.

Our designers combine user experience and visual skills, are flexible and proactive and can work either independently in a project or as a part of a bigger design team.


  • Preparation of research project proposals; UX research focus
  • Lead recruiting initiatives
  • Translate business questions into research plans, utilize internal platform to design and program the research instruments
  • Keep data accuracy and relevance on each step of the research
  • Analyze data and develop insightful reports “stories” that address business objectives in a clear and concise, visually appealing format

Must have

  • 3+ years of experience working with user research
  • Solid theoretical knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques and processes
  • Experience with remote and in-person usability testing
  • Experience in the setup of the tools for the usability study
  • Experience in market research
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Experience with Figma/Sketch

Would be a plus

  • Knowledge of the basics of the analytics tools setup
  • Understanding core product metrics and how to test those
  • Basic experience in prototyping
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Accessibility evaluation experience
  • German or Spanish language is not a must but would be a great option
